In my Addendum Edition I quote Brother Bill saying “In this hobby, you only have to buy the BEST ONCE”.  This description perfectly describes the absolute finest #3219 pattern bayonet I’ve ever seen!

Only two things determine the price of ANY Etched Dress Bayonet, Rarity (of pattern) and overall condition (of the example).

The obverse pattern on this #3219 from Carl Eickhorn is the most common to find, see pictures.  However, it is the condition of this example that amazes me for a 90 year old Veteran bring back.  Any collector having this example would never have to look for an upgrade.  NONE I have ever seen compare to this! A solid collectable and investment.
